Who operates this site

Airfare Tickets is a trading name of BookCheapNFly LLC, a limited liability company with its business address at 329 South Oyster Bay Road #2199, Plainview, NY 11803, United States. Every booking made through this site or through our phone line is made with BookCheapNFly LLC.

What we are

We are an independent travel agency and airline ticket consolidator. We hold ticketing arrangements that let us access negotiated airfares, and we employ agents whose job is to find the right itinerary for the person on the phone rather than to close the fastest sale.

What we are not

We are not an airline. We do not operate aircraft. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as an agent of any airline, and we do not represent ourselves as any airline's customer service department. If you called us believing you were calling an airline directly, tell the agent and they will give you that airline's own number. Airline names and logos, where they appear, are the property of their owners and are used only to identify carriers.

How we are paid

We earn the difference between our contracted cost of a ticket and the fare you agree to, plus, where applicable, a disclosed service fee. We think it is better to say that plainly than to pretend the service is free. What matters is that the total you are quoted on the call is the total you are charged — no additions afterwards.

How we operate

Our phone lines are open 24 hours a day, every day, including holidays. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, which also means that if there is ever a dispute about what was said, there is a record of it. Agents are based in the United States and handle bookings in English.

Our commitments

• Price transparency. The full total — fare, taxes, carrier fees, service fee — is stated before payment is discussed.
• Authorization first. No card is charged without your explicit authorization for a specific stated amount.
• Honest fare rules. Non-refundable means non-refundable. We say so at the time of booking, not after.
• No false credentials. We do not display membership marks, accreditations, review-platform logos or security badges we are not entitled to display.
• No pressure. Take the quote, think about it, call back. Fares can move, and we will tell you honestly if one is likely to — but we will not invent urgency.
