Flight booking services
Six categories, one phone number. The more complicated your itinerary, the more a live agent is worth.
Domestic Flights
Coast-to-coast and regional routes across all 50 states. We compare mainline and low-cost carriers side by side and tell you what each fare actually includes.
International Flights
Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean and the Middle East. Consolidator contracts are strongest on long-haul, which is where a call usually beats a search box.
Multi-City & Open-Jaw
Fly into one city, out of another, with stops in between. These itineraries price badly on booking sites and are exactly where an agent earns their keep.
Last-Minute Travel
Bereavement, medical, and same-week departures. Inventory moves fast at short notice, so call and we will work the live availability with you.
Group Bookings
Ten passengers or more on one itinerary. Group contracts have their own fare rules, deposit terms and name-change deadlines. We handle the paperwork.
Premium Cabin
Business and first class, including partner-airline routings. Premium consolidator fares are where the gap against published pricing is usually widest.
Domestic flights
Routes within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We compare mainline carriers against low-cost carriers and tell you what each fare actually includes — because a low advertised base fare with two paid bags and a paid seat assignment is frequently more expensive than the fare that looked higher. Basic economy restrictions are explained before you book, not after.
International flights
Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, Oceania and the Middle East. Long-haul international is where consolidator contracts are deepest and where a phone quote most often beats what you can find yourself. We handle connecting itineraries across airline alliances and partner carriers, and we will tell you when a routing has a connection time we would not personally risk.
Multi-city and open-jaw itineraries
Fly into Rome, out of Athens, with a stop in Paris. Public booking engines price these poorly or refuse them outright. Built correctly by an agent, a multi-city ticket is often cheaper than the separate one-ways it replaces, and it keeps you protected under a single contract of carriage if a leg is delayed.
Last-minute and urgent travel
Same-week departures, medical travel, and family emergencies. Inventory at short notice changes hour to hour, which makes a live conversation far more useful than a search page. If you are traveling for a bereavement, say so — some carriers still have compassionate policies and we will check what applies.
Group travel — ten or more passengers
Group bookings run on their own rules: negotiated group fares, a deposit to hold seats, a name-submission deadline, and different change terms from individual tickets. Weddings, family reunions, sports teams and corporate offsites all fit here. Call with your headcount and rough dates and we will explain the deposit schedule before you commit to anything.
Business and first class
Premium cabin fares carry the widest gap between published and contract pricing, so this is the category where calling most reliably pays off. We also handle mixed-cabin itineraries where you fly premium on the long leg and economy on the short one.
Changes, cancellations and support after booking
If your plans change, call us rather than the airline — we hold the booking record and can usually resolve it faster. What is possible depends entirely on the fare rules attached to your ticket, which we will have told you about at the time of booking. A service fee applies for processing a change or cancellation, in addition to any airline penalty, and the agent will state the exact amount before anything is charged. Some fares are non-refundable by airline rule and no agency can change that.
What we charge, stated up front
Our quoted fare includes all airline taxes and carrier fees. If you later need to change or cancel a ticket we issued, a service fee applies, in addition to any penalty the airline imposes under its own fare rules. Some fares are non-refundable by airline rule.
The exact amount of any service fee is stated to you before you authorize payment — on the original booking call, and again before we process any change. We tell you the total — fare, taxes, and any fee — before you give us a card. Nothing is charged without your authorization. Read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
