1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of airfare-tickets.com and any booking you make with BookCheapNFly LLC, doing business as Airfare Tickets ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website, calling our booking line, or making a booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or our services.
These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.
2. Who we are and our role
BookCheapNFly LLC is a limited liability company with its business address at 329 South Oyster Bay Road #2199, Plainview, NY 11803, United States. We are an independent travel agency and airline ticket consolidator.
We are not an airline. We do not operate aircraft and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as an agent of any airline. Airline names, logos and trademarks appearing anywhere on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify carriers.
We act as an intermediary between you and the airline. When we issue a ticket, the transportation contract is between you and the operating airline, governed by that airline's conditions of carriage and applicable tariffs. We are not a party to that contract and do not control the airline's performance of it.
3. Eligibility to book
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to make a booking. By booking, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of every passenger on the itinerary, that each of them has agreed to these terms, and that you will pass on all information we provide, including schedule changes.
4. How a booking is made
A quotation is an invitation to book, not a binding offer. Fares, taxes and availability can change at any time before a ticket is issued, and quotes are not held unless we tell you otherwise.
A booking becomes binding only when we have (a) received your explicit authorization for a specific stated total amount, (b) successfully charged your payment method, and (c) issued a ticket and sent you a confirmation containing an e-ticket number. Until all three have happened, no contract for carriage exists, even if you have received a reservation or booking reference.
In rare cases a booking may fail after authorization — for example where inventory is lost, an airline rejects the fare, or an obvious pricing error is identified. If that happens we will notify you promptly and refund any amount charged in full. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking affected by a manifest error in price or description.
5. Accuracy of passenger information
Each passenger's name must be given exactly as it appears on the passport or government-issued identification that will be used for travel. You are responsible for the accuracy of all names, dates of birth, passport details, contact numbers and email addresses provided to us.
Airlines charge to correct names after ticketing and some do not permit corrections at all, in which case the ticket must be cancelled and reissued at your cost. We are not liable for costs arising from incorrect information supplied to us. Check your confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.
6. Pricing, taxes and fees
All prices are quoted in United States dollars. Unless we state otherwise, the total quoted to you includes the base fare, applicable government taxes, and airline-imposed carrier fees.
Certain charges are payable directly to the airline or airport and are not included in our quote, including but not limited to checked and excess baggage fees, seat selection fees, preferred boarding, in-flight purchases, airport development or departure taxes payable locally, and any charge arising from a change you make directly with the airline.
Service fees. A service fee applies to voluntary changes, cancellations and refunds processed by us, in addition to any airline penalty. The amount varies with the airline, fare type and timing of the request, and the exact amount is disclosed to you before you authorize payment. No fee is charged without your prior authorization for a specific stated amount. Full terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Payment and authorization
Payment is taken by credit or debit card, or by another method we agree in advance. By providing payment details you represent that you are the authorized holder of that payment method or have the holder's express permission to use it.
We will state the exact total to be charged before taking payment, and we will not charge any amount you have not authorized. Telephone authorizations are recorded. We may require additional verification — including a copy of the card, photo identification, or a signed authorization form — before issuing tickets, particularly on high-value bookings or where the cardholder is not traveling. We may decline or cancel any booking where verification is not satisfactorily completed.
8. Fare rules and contract of carriage
Every fare carries rules set by the airline governing refundability, changes, standby, seat assignment, baggage allowance, check-in deadlines and more. Those rules bind you once a ticket is issued. Discounted and consolidator fares often carry significant restrictions, including being wholly non-refundable and non-changeable.
Your carriage is subject to the operating airline's conditions of carriage, and, for international carriage, to the Montreal Convention or Warsaw Convention as applicable, which limit the airline's liability for death, injury, delay, and loss of or damage to baggage.
9. Travel documents, visas and health
It is your responsibility, and that of each passenger, to hold valid travel documentation for the entire itinerary, including passports with sufficient validity remaining, entry visas, transit visas for connecting countries, and any required health documentation or vaccinations.
Requirements vary by nationality and change frequently. We may pass on general information as a courtesy but we do not verify entry requirements, and any information we give is not a substitute for confirming with the relevant consulate, embassy or airline. We are not liable if you are denied boarding, denied entry, deported, or otherwise suffer loss because of missing or invalid documentation, and no refund is due from us in those circumstances.
10. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. That policy sets out the 24-hour cancellation right, our service fees, airline penalties, and refund processing timelines. Please read it before booking.
11. Use of this website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and to make legitimate travel enquiries. You must not:
- make speculative, false or fraudulent bookings, or bookings in anticipation of demand;
- use any automated system to access, scrape, copy or monitor any part of this site;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site, its servers, or any connected system;

12. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, layout, graphics, logos, and the compilation of that content — is owned by BookCheapNFly LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by United States and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written permission.
Third-party marks appearing on this site remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only. Nothing on this site grants any license to use those marks.
13. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that this site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site is free of harmful components. Fare, schedule and availability information is supplied by airlines and third-party systems and can be inaccurate or out of date; we do not warrant its accuracy.
We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any airline or other supplier, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, downgrades, missed connections, loss of or damage to baggage, or any airline's insolvency.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BookCheapNFly LLC, its members, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or connected with your use of this website or any booking made with us, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any booking will not exceed the total amount of the service fees we actually received from you in respect of that booking.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookCheapNFly LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or inaccurate information you supplied to us.
16. Third-party links and services
This site may contain links to third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services or privacy practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
17. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please note in particular that calls to and from our booking line may be recorded for quality, training, verification and dispute resolution purposes.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to any booking made with us, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You and we agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute not otherwise resolved will be the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before commencing any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@airfare-tickets.com and allow us 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes are resolved this way.
19. General provisions
Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website and any booking, and supersede any prior understanding.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemic, government action, strike, air traffic control restriction, extreme weather, or failure of communications or supplier systems.
Changes to these terms. We may amend these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated date. The terms in force at the time of your booking govern that booking.
